If you are not satisfied with the work that you have paid for, or the operation of your new system, we will put forth every effort possible during the first year of operation to correct the situation to your satisfaction. if, after review, we cannot correct the problem, we will either replace your system free of charge or remove the equipment with a 100% refund of your purchase price. Should your cooling system compressor fail more than one time within the first five years, we will replace your entire air conditioner or heat pump - FREE! If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first 10 years, we will replace your entire furnace - FREE!
